I am always seeing people on Facebook writing posts like… “I just had some guests who I think will give me bad feedback, eeek!”
Don’t sit around waiting for bad feedback, message them before they post the feedback!
Here’s what I send to all guests, the day they check out…
Hi John, thanks for staying in our cottage! When you get the chance, we’d love a 5-star review from you, it really helps us as hosts. If there were any problems with your stay, please let me know, that helps us become even better hosts. Thanks! PS, I’ve left you a nice review already 🙂
Our check out time is 11am and I send this at about noon.
